A Pregnancy specific Pilates class focussing on preparing your for birth and beyond.
Some of our sessions are followed by a discussion from a local birth support expert, in order to help prepare both your body and mind for the arrival of your baby.

Pregnancy Pilates classes are specifically for your Pregnant Body. They can help strengthen and prepare the body for birth which can also aid in the healing process afterwards. The gentle stretches and movements can also assist with the aches and pains that come when pregnant.
