Cancellation Policy-

• Booking is finalised with payment

• If client misses a class  the class is forfeited.

• Classes may be refunded with a note from their GP.

• If our Instructor is sick then a substitute teacher may be provided, no refunds will be given if a substitue teacher is provided. Central Pilates nsw do not need to provided advance notice of class teacher change.

• If class is cancelled by Central Pilates nsw they will either be refunded for the session or the credit of the class will be redued from their next booking.
