A remedial level Pilates course that will focus on counterbalancing the stresses that our current lifestyles put on the spine.

More and more people are turning to Pilates as a form of exercise because they have been suffering from back pain. They are often also given advice by medical practitioners to attend Pilates classes. Great! But where do we start?
A gym class or group reformer setting may feel a bit over-whelming and not cater to your needs.
The aim of Spine Health Pilates is to work at a remedial pace and explore in depth a range of factors that may be causing you pain.
This class is also great for those simply wanting to care of themselves - Prevention is better than Cure!
